DIF A/V MINISTRY SUPPORT REQUEST FORM

MINISTRY PURPOSE
The purpose of the DIF Audio-Visual (A/V) Ministry is to enhance the worship experience and spread the message of God by managing sound, lighting, and visual technology. The ultimate goal is to create a more engaging, immersive, and accessible environment that helps the community connect with their faith.

KEY MINISTRY FUNCTIONS
  • Worship Service/Event Enhancement: By managing sound, lighting, and visuals, the DIV A/V Ministry helps create a meaningful worship environment, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for the congregation.
  • Content Projection/Creation: This involves designing and producing graphics for announcements, creating motion graphics for worship, and editing video content for social media and online platforms.
  • Message Support: The ministry ensures that the message is heard and seen clearly, using tools like sermon slides, videos, and graphics to help illustrate and explain teachings.
  • Accessibility: The ministry makes services available to a wider audience through live-streaming, recording, and distributing content for those who cannot attend in person, such as the sick or homebound.
  • Technology Maintenance: A crucial function is the setup, maintenance, and coordination of all audio, visual, and lighting equipment to ensure it is working correctly.
