MINISTRY PLANNING FORM

PURPOSE
  • Ensure Event/Activity alignment with DIF Mission, Vision, Core Values, and calendar.
  • Foster collaboration and stewardship across ministries and partners.
  • Enable accountability and timely decisions-making through clear expectations and structured process.
PROCESS
  1. Consult church calendar regarding availability of preferred date. If request made to church office to tentatively hold date, completed form must be submitted within 7-10 days of tentative hold.
  2. Align with collaborating ministries/partners prior to form submission.
  3. Submit completed form 2-3 month prior to Event/Activity. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    Submission does NOT constitute approval.
  4. Completed form reviewed by ministry Moderator.
    If Approved: Moderator informs Senior Pastor and event placed on church calendar.
    If Disapproved: Ministry Leader notified.
